POLICIES/PROCEDURES

All food and beverage orders are subject to 5% state tax, 1% Ocean City tax and a 18% taxable service charge. Prices are subject to change due to the fluctuating seafood market.

Minimums
The enclosed menu is designed to serve 25-300 guests. Service requested above or below these quantities may be subject to additional fees. Please advise your catering sales manager when planning your events.

Payment Procedure
A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to hold the space. Space is available on a first come, first serve basis only. The deposit is due with the signed contract at least 6 weeks prior to the function. Final payment is due prior to the function. Payments must be made by company check, certified check, credit card or cash.

Guarantee
A guaranteed commitment for services is required seventy-two (72) business hours or three working days prior to the date and time of service. If the guarantee is less than 75% or more than 125% of the original estimated attendance, additional fees will be applied. If no changes are made then services will be conducted according to the original contract.

Labor Charges

  • A Culinarian Fee of $100 will provide you with a chef for (2) hours. An additional $30 for each additional hour will be charged.
  • A Bartender Fee of $35 will be charged for the first hour and $20 for each additional hour. This fee includes set-up and breakdown of the bar. One Bartender is required for every 50 guests.
  • A Shucking Fee of $35 will be charged for the labor involved in shucking and preparing raw oysters and clams.
  • A Set-Up Fee of $300 will be charged for the set-up, breakdown and clean-up of all events over 90 people and all food station events.

Linens
Please consult your catering sales manager for linen selections at an additional charge.

Coat Check
A Coat check can be arranged. An attendant fee will be charged at $75 per attendant.

Alcohol
The Harrison Group prohibits any liquor being brought in to Harrison¹s Harbor Watch Restaurant due to the State of Maryland Liquor Commission laws. These laws state that all alcoholic beverages being consumed on premise must be purchased from the restaurant. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons under the age of (21) is prohibited in Maryland. Compliance with the noted and related laws of Maryland is the clients responsibility and that of their guests. Liquor is not available on Sunday before 12:30pm.
